Will my dog be crated?

No, If your puppy is well socialised then they are free to run around and play before and after their groom. They have fresh water available and are supervised during their visit at all times.

How long will it take for my dog to be groomed?

Depending on the coat conditions and the temperament of your dog during their groom, it could be 1 to 3 hours, we always send a text message as soon as your dog is ready to be collected.

My dog is prone to skin conditions. How do you work with dogs with skin conditions?

All our products are natural, and cover all skin conditions. Friends with Fur does not use any commercial shampoo or conditioner, so your pup will always be treated with care.

My dog gets stressed in the bath and dryer. How do you work with these situations?

We always take the utmost care when bathing to reduce the stress of your dog. They are not forced or shoved in the bath, they are always encouraged and treated gently. For puppies who struggle with the noise of the dryer, we provide with happy hoodies to reduce their stress.

Do you assist with anal glands?

Yes we do with an additional charge, however we only assist with external gland issues, internal this is best left in the hands of a qualified vet as it can cause serious harm and long term issues if not expressed correctly.
