We wouldn’t want to see our own family locked up, so why should our pups be any different? Instead of cages, we use open-plan playpens, allowing dogs to socialize, play, and relax while they wait for their groom or pickup.

ARRIVAL (1)
Our Team wil welcome you, engage in a discussion regarding your requirements, and address any concerns you may have
The Groomer will prepare your pup for their grooming session, commencing with brushing and if necessary, pre-clipping prior to the bathing process
BATH AND DRYING (2)
Your pup will begin with bath and drying process, using shampoo and conditioner based on their coat and condition, for small dog and depending on the length of coat, this process can take between 35/40mins
FINISHING PROCESS (3)
The Groomer will complete the grooming process based on conversations held at step one.
And be ready for cuddles soon, for small dog this process can take between 35/45mins
